ABOUT  YIN HUIYI

BIOGRAPHY

Yin Huiyi 尹慧仪, a Chinese artist deeply immersed in photography, recently completed her BA (Hons) in Fine Art (2021-2024) at Chelsea College of Art, University of the Arts London.

Viewing photography as an intuitive mode of expression, Huiyi captures transient moments guided by her innate sixth sense. Her artistic oeuvre gracefully navigates the interplay of light and shadow, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese aesthetics.

Beyond her creative practice, Huiyi demonstrates a keen scholarly interest in art history, which she aims to further cultivate through the MPhil in History of Art and Architecture program at Cambridge University, starting on October 1, 2024. This endeavor will expand her artistic vision and scholarly pursuits significantly.
